The OLA apartment is available to you as of 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out is by 11:00 on the day of departure.

There is a late check-in fee of EUR50 for arrival after 22:00.

Late check-out (stay in the apartment from 11am to 9pm) will be possible with the payment of half the price of the day from the price list if the apartment is available and free. Should you wish to extend your stay in the apartment, kindly contact the concierge (+385 91 4201 421) one day before the departure to find out if the apartment is still available and, if so, to book it.

Late check out should be requested one day before the departure.

Should you choose to depart earlier, you will be charged the full amount as per your initial booking.

Upon checking in, you need to pay a security deposit in the amount of EUR 200 to the concierge.

The security deposit is payable in cash only.

The deposit is fully refundable upon checking out, subject to satisfactory inspection of the furniture and equipment in the apartment.

Smoking is not allowed. According to the Act on Restriction of the Use of Tobacco Products in Croatia, smoking is not allowed in all public and indoor spaces. Violators will be fined and their security deposit will not be refunded.

At a request and for an additional fee we can organize for you:

  • dry cleaning and ironing
  • transport from or to the airport
  • rent-a-car
  • rent a boat
  • tennis court reservation
  • bicycle rental
  • reservations in restaurants and bars
  • gifts, flowers, Champaign, a bottle of wine or a cake etc.

One parking space in front of the villa will be available to you during your stay in the OLA apartment. The parking space is secured with a remote-controlled parking barrier. You will be issued the remote control upon arrival. Should you need additional parking space, you can park at the public parking area or underground garage in the immediate vicinity of the apartment (there is a charge).

Unlimited and free use of the Wi-Fi network is available in the OLA apartment.

The bill for accommodation or additional services requested can be paid in cash or with a credit card.

Bringing pets is arranged separately, so please contact us before booking. Otherwise, as unannounced and unapproved pets are not allowed, the concierge has the right to cancel your accommodation.

Unfortunately, no. The OLA apartment is located on the top floor of a century-old building with no elevator.
